• By using this site, the buyer assumes all responsibility and understands that if Standard Shipping is chosen the delivery of goods can take up to two days for some areas and the product may not be fully frozen upon delivery. Contact us for a quote for Premium Shipping options e.g. Frozen freight or time critical freight.
    • It is acceptable to re-freeze any product that has thawed as long as it is still cold and has not reached room temperature.
  • Rodent Brothers takes every precaution and use our best judgement when packaging your order to ensure it arrives to you in the best condition possible. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Rodent Brothers ASAP if the order has arrived in unsatisfactory condition. If you believe that this has occurred, a photograph or video of the product’s condition must send to us ASAP.  If deemed by us that an unsatisfactory amount of defrosting has occurred, an option of returning any unused product will be given to the customer and a refund issued for the unused portion. (order must be refrozen and returned in the same packaging in which it was shipped.)
  • If you are not home at time of delivery, we will leave the order at the front door or in an area specified by you in the instructions when placing your order. Rodent Brothers will not be liable for any damage to the product if left outside for extended periods of time nor if box is damaged or stolen after delivery.
